Sale Terms

1.  Prices & availability are subject to change without notice.

2.  Deposits are required to hold a horse.  No horse is considered SOLD until a deposit is RECEIVED.

3.  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

4.  All horses are sold on a written contract, "AS IS" unless stated.

5.  Horse will NOT leave the premises until paid in full.

6.  Short-term payments may be available.  Please ask in advance!

7.  Seller will hold horse up to 30 days.  After 30 days, board is $150/month.

8.  All farrier and vet costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

9.  Coggins and health papers (when required) are the responsibility of the buyer unless noted.  

10.  OVERSEAS sales are WELCOME.  Buyer is responsible for any additional requirements/ costs. 

11.  All horses will be current on worming and hoof trimming per schedule.  Any additional vaccines/requests will be given at the buyers expense.

12.  Multiple purchase discounts May apply.

13.  Buyer is responsible for transport of any horse purchased.
